They were quite nice, but obviously not very good at their job, I have to say. I was there with my sick cat, who was clearly unwell. She was examined, x-rayed, and had blood drawn. So far, everything seemed fine, but I was sent home without a diagnosis. Since she was really unwell, I went to another vet. There, I showed them the x-rays, and they immediately suspected something. They x-rayed her in a different position and confirmed the suspicion: fluid in her lungs and a slightly enlarged heart. Unfortunately, no one there recognized this and sent me home with my cat, whose lungs were filled with fluid, without a diagnosis but with an outrageously high bill. I'm so glad I went to a second vet.

My cat was in very critical condition, and after a long course of treatment, he was able to save her (she is still undergoing treatment for IBD, or chronic inflammatory bowel disease). At the veterinary clinic, I saw about eight veterinary assistants; we were looked after by two who were very friendly from the beginning to the end of our visit. Communication with him is very smooth, whether by phone, in person, or email. He is always available and always ready to respond, even when he's on vacation! (By the way, other vets could learn something from him; a response like "everything's okay" or "make an appointment immediately" in critical situations is incredibly helpful for a pet owner.) The waiting time is short (around 5-20 minutes), but it's better to make an appointment. The prices are reasonable (normal street prices) for the high-quality consultation (rather inexpensive). I've had different experiences with other vets. For me, its reputation is 5 stars, one of the best in southern Germany.
