Reviews
Fantastic service. English speaking. Very gentle and kind to my dog.
Good vets with a lot of knowledge, very caring about their furry patients! My cat was very sick and, after a visit to the emergency vet hospital, was without diagnosis. We took him here and the vet assessed the situation and was quickly able to correctly identify the problem. She immediately started a treatment/follow-up plan and my cat is doing much better and on road to a full recovery. We are very thankful for the care and professionalism shown, and the hands-on approach to animal health! Thank you!
They care so much! They will give you an honest opinion on what steps to take when it comes to your pets health. They also might give you a call to ask how your little loved one is doing and to decide whether a control visit should be done earlier or not. I am really glad, that I found the perfect vet for all of my furry family members!
Ok
We would like to encourage other pet owners to seek a second opinion as early as possible when their guinea pigs have dental problems. Our guinea pig was brought in because it was barely eating. It was determined that its incisors were too long, so they were shortened, and pain medication was administered. The other teeth were deemed normal. The veterinarian seemed very friendly, caring, and attentive. Nevertheless, we sought a second opinion the following day. This revealed a much more complex condition: The incisors were severely shortened and had an unnatural gap, preventing the guinea pig from eating at all. In addition, a large abscess was discovered in the jaw area, which could be clearly felt externally. This abscess had gone undetected previously and had to be drained. One molar also showed a dark discoloration. Just the day before, we had been told that, apart from the length of the incisors, the teeth looked fine. Due to the advanced stage of its condition, our guinea pig ultimately had to be euthanized. From our perspective, the overall problem in the jaw area may not have been fully recognized. Therefore, we recommend that guinea pigs, especially those with eating problems, seek a specialized second opinion.
