When I contacted the practice by phone last week regarding my cat, the doctor unfortunately seemed very annoyed and dismissive. After I described the situation over the phone, she said the cat should be euthanized without ever having seen the cat. I then went to an animal hospital, and my cat is doing well again now.

I disagree with the comment about wild animals. I just arrived with an injured pigeon, and it received excellent treatment, even on a Sunday evening at 9:00 PM, from the aforementioned veterinarian, Ms. Bottner. I found her very friendly and highly competent. She gave me a thorough and detailed explanation of what I should do, when, and how, and under what circumstances I should contact her again immediately. FANTASTIC!!! I'm really satisfied and will continue to go to this excellent veterinarian in the future.
