Reviews
The pre-op examination and surgery consultation went wonderfully – after the surgery, things didn't go as planned, and the cat had to stay overnight! We picked her up the next day. Now she's back in the garden and her familiar surroundings – all good 👍 Even though I was annoyed – and not without reason – ...thank you so much and all the best 🍀 😻
This time I brought my 13-year-old, deaf Cocker Spaniel... the vet and the veterinary assistant were simply wonderful! They were incredibly kind and caring with the dog! We discussed his "problem" in detail, and the subsequent examination, with cuddles from the assistant, was perfectly tolerable for him! I would gladly take my dogs there again anytime!
I was just a buying food for my sick dog there but I'm so touched to the core by the responsiveness, attention and sensitivity of the staff. Such a kind and caring attitude even for strangers like me
Nobody likes going to the vet, as it's often an appointment accompanied by worry and anxiety. However, if it's necessary, I wish everyone could have the experience I had at this practice. My pet received a completely unexpected diagnosis. The vet and the entire team took such wonderful care of us. Of course, the animal's well-being was the priority, but the human element was also very important. A calm, open exchange is so crucial in such a situation. How wonderful that this practice works with a trustworthy pet funeral home, allowing my wonderful, long-time companion to pass away with love and respect, both until the very end and beyond.
We have been satisfied customers for many years. It seems there has been a change in policy at the practice since Mr. Neßmann left. About 15 months ago, we took our pet here. The successful treatment of an ear infection cost €110 over two visits. Recently, the same pet, with the same condition but in the other ear, was treated unsuccessfully for €240 over three visits. Our money is gone, and the animal is still sick. In desperation, we switched practices, and lo and behold: for a quarter of the cost, and after five days, our pet is healthy again. We are extremely disappointed and find the pricing outrageous!
