We are more than satisfied with Dr. Van der Veer, and I, and my animals, have always left his practice very satisfied and without any complications. I can definitely recommend this veterinarian with a clear conscience. Dr. Van der Veer does his work very well, and the prices he charges for all animal treatments are very reasonable. I guarantee that everyone who takes their animals there will leave with 100% satisfaction... At least, I believe so!

We are absolutely delighted! Our puppy was treated with such love and calmness, and the veterinarian takes plenty of time for both animal and owner. The atmosphere is pleasantly friendly and relaxed; you feel taken seriously and receive excellent advice. The prices are also completely fair. Although the practice is a bit of a drive for us, we are always happy to make the trip. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this practice! 🐶

I'm writing this review because I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we experienced. Our dog went to this clinic for a simple spaying procedure and came out severely injured and suffering. She had been perfectly healthy beforehand. No blood tests were done, no pre-operative checkups – we trusted that the procedure would be performed professionally. After the surgery, she was in severe pain for five days. We contacted the clinic several times because we immediately realized that something was very wrong. Each time, we were told, "That's normal, she'll be fine" – without a thorough examination, without any real attention or willingness to investigate the matter. On the sixth day, when she was still in dire need of medical attention, we went back again. Only then did it become clear that something had gone seriously wrong. Her neurological condition had deteriorated drastically. Another veterinary clinic later determined that she had suffered significant brain damage due to complications during the procedure. Within 24 hours of transferring to this other clinic, she was finally properly examined, monitored, and tested. Then we received the bitter truth: there was no saving her. We had to have her euthanized. She suffered for almost a week while our concerns were repeatedly dismissed. In addition, our other dog was also misdiagnosed at this clinic—a clear allergic rash was labeled a "fungal infection" without any tests. A second opinion at another clinic later confirmed the actual cause, and our dog is now doing much better. And now, months after our dog's death, we received a bill from the same clinic for medication, even though we had already paid for the procedure in advance. After everything that had happened, this bill felt like a slap in the face. This review reflects solely our own experience. The loss of our dog was difficult enough. The lack of care, the repeated dismissal of our concerns, the misdiagnoses, and now the subsequent bill have left us deeply disappointed. I wish we had gone to a different practice much earlier.

Uwe is a highly competent veterinarian who is always there to help and advise. He treats the animals with great care, no matter the time of day. We've been going to him for a very long time, and we have three lovely little rascals. I can wholeheartedly recommend him.
