Reviews
Dr. Stadler takes an extraordinary amount of time with her patients. They feel completely at ease and taken seriously, whether human or animal. We have been seeing her for years with our two cats and our former and new dog, and we have always been satisfied.
I took my ten-year-old rabbit to the vet a few weeks ago because it wasn't eating properly and one eye was watering excessively. She's a fantastic vet! She takes plenty of time for each patient. Everything was explained to me in great detail. I'm more than satisfied!
Friendly vet, yes, but completely wrong diagnosis. Without ultrasound or X-ray, she claims to have diagnosed my cat with an intestinal tumor – that's the result I got from the receptionist on the phone... After a second opinion from another vet, it was his pancreas. Thanks for no help at all... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
She made a complete misdiagnosis. She claimed it was evident from the blood work (which two other vets reviewed and found to be perfectly normal and unremarkable) and blamed our dog's thirst on his food (he eats very high-quality food that she wasn't familiar with). We left the practice with a 20% discount voucher for our first Happy Dog order, which she said would improve our dog's condition. I found this behavior unacceptable and definitely not recommended. Thankfully, we received a proper examination and diagnosis from the next vet.
I'm very satisfied; my dog and I felt very well cared for. The assistant was very friendly. Ms. Stadler really took her time and explained a lot, which is always important for us dog owners. Now we hope everything will be alright again soon.
