Super friendly and absolutely competent. I had to have my cat euthanized, and the team was very compassionate. My current cat is a little whirlwind, and they were very compassionate again. Prices have gone up everywhere, but it's important to me that my pet is well cared for, and it absolutely is at this practice.
I got an appointment at short notice, an experienced veterinarian gave my Labrador with a sore paw a very painful injection, but the next day it was much better.
Unfortunately, I felt unsafe because they showed more interest in me than in my horse. I received a very dubious offer to pay for my horse's assessment. I wouldn't advise any woman to hire this doctor. I felt very uncomfortable, especially since I'm only 19 years old. I've read the reviews in retrospect and can see that this is unfortunately not an isolated case.
We are more than satisfied!!! Whether it's the small animal practice, in our case guinea pigs, rats, and cats, or even the stable with the horses. I can recommend the practice and Dr. Weilnböck with over 100% confidence. Nothing is done that isn't necessary. If their own knowledge reaches its limits, they refer you to the appropriate specialist, and the communication is excellent. In an emergency (at 12:30 a.m.), the vet arrived within 5 minutes to euthanize my 36-year-old mare and calmly guided me through the process with the necessary respect for the horse and great understanding for my situation. I will be eternally grateful for this. The practice is superb in both its staffing and organization. We feel extremely well cared for.
