My mother and I always enjoyed going to this veterinary practice, but unfortunately, I've felt quite cheated for the past few years. Instead of treating my cat professionally, they've recently started using pendulums or sticks with a ball on them to make a diagnosis. They also use these methods to "draw lots" for the medication my cat should receive. What I also find unacceptable is that the receptionist is constantly kissing and cuddling my cat. That's completely out of line. My cat is like my child, and I don't want strangers kissing my child. I will never go there again.

I've known this practice for ages; I've also taken some of my animals to other practices. We feel very well cared for by Dr. Pauly, as well as by Dr. Lischka and Dr. Keller. You just have to see what suits you best. For us, it's the best choice. We also appreciate Dr. Lischka's advice, not just regarding our dog. He's given us humans some great tips too. I always say, "Whoever heals is right," whether it's conventional medicine or homeopathy. They're always there to help and advise. Greetings from Fly and Janet Matzner
