If I could, I'd give minus five stars, but you have to give one! Last week, my husband took our dog Rudi to the vet because he had a huge, swollen belly and was only passing pencil-thin stools. They said it could be due to a female dog in heat, as one example among a few. But it didn't get any better over the weekend, so my husband went to another vet who did an ultrasound on his belly. His belly was, and still is, full of fluid! So we were immediately told to go to an animal hospital, which we did! It turns out he has fluid in his pericardial sac, which had to be drained immediately, and that's why his belly filled with fluid. Now I'm sitting here with a dog, my dog! My baby! The dog is in such terrible condition 😭 Why don't they just do an ultrasound or x-ray with such a big belly? 😭😭 I'm so disappointed with this practice. I didn't even want my husband to go there, but our regular vet couldn't see us because he was completely booked up 😪 He went anyway. I didn't want to go because my mother had a really bad experience there with her cat (or cats, whatever they were). The cat ended up with kidney problems. I can't and never will recommend this practice. It's like drawing straws, winning or losing, and everyone knows losing is more common than winning, or you could consult a crystal ball. I'm furious and really emotional right now, but one thing I can say for sure: I will never set foot in that practice again with any of my animals. My dog could be dead right now. I was supposed to give him a bland diet and add salt to the water 😡😡😡 and that could have really cost him his life. 😭😪😓

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The loving care, the high level of expertise of Dr. Lischka, Dr. Pauly, and the lovely veterinary assistant ♥️, as well as the sensitive way they handled our pet, impressed us greatly. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Warm regards

We where several time to this vet and it was always like that something was missing in regards to diagnosing. We where complaining on 2-3 points constantly but we got always confirmation that dog condition was not bad and current issue we will treat with some medication (homeopathic stuff mostly). Last visit before our trip to holiday, vet did examination with some metal rod with wooden ball which he shake it between 2 wooden clothespins with peace of paper stick in them (he was writing what he was thinking what was problem and what is the solution) and whit that determent what is wrong with our dog and what kind of therapy is needed ( homeopathic again). After our holiday our dog was again suffering from ears infection and stomach issues as earlier. After visiting second vet we got very disturbing feedback . Ears infection ,several allergies and some other symptoms. All together we have now one very sick dog at home , we paid a lot of money for examination and we are now waiting for results from blood tests to determine in which direction we need to continue 😡. I the whole process our dog is suffering and we are helpless. So to summarise going there for a vaccine is ok.but everything else is a big risk. Definitely we are no more clients there.

A relaxed veterinarian who listens and doesn't try to solve every problem with harsh chemicals. We are satisfied and will definitely go back.
