After months of fear, doubt, and sleepless nights, we finally received a diagnosis for our dog Nikita after switching veterinarians. It was an enormous moment of relief for us. Dr. Azizi is incredibly gentle, patient, and loving with our dog—you can immediately tell that they don't just treat patients, but truly work with heart. The entire team was always there for us during this time, listening, taking us seriously, and calmly and clearly answering every question, no matter how small. I took my dog ​​to the vet's office for the first time today after he injured his joint. Even though we didn't have an appointment (it was Monday morning), we only had to wait about 30 minutes for treatment. We received a friendly welcome, and the examination was calm and professional. Everything was explained clearly. The atmosphere in the practice was also pleasant and relaxed. This is especially valuable when you're worried about your pet. The costs were also absolutely fair and more than reasonable for the treatment. Overall, a very positive first impression. Many thanks to the whole team! 😊

A heartfelt thank you to Drs. Azizi and Bajrami. We were allowed to bring our dog (who hadn't been treated here before, and the clinic wasn't offering emergency services) to the practice after closing time on a Friday evening, which isn't something you can take for granted these days. Both doctors welcomed us warmly and with an extremely calm and pleasant manner. Since the injury required prompt treatment, we were given an appointment for a minor procedure the very next day.
