We recently became patients here with our elderly (almost 14) rescue Cocker Spaniel. We received a very warm welcome, and the staff took their time with us. Mary's life story, medical history, current problems, and past and present therapies and medications were all discussed and, most importantly, thoroughly examined. She was treated with great care and in a way that was unusual for a veterinarian. She normally dislikes going to the vet, but here she was very calm and even curious/open. Thank you so much for making the vet visit so relaxed for both pet and owner! A wonderful, friendly team!

I visited the vet today as a substitute. She was very competent, empathetic, and took her time. I felt my dog ​​and I were in excellent hands. Unfortunately, there were some disagreements with one of the assistants. I found her behavior unprofessional and unfriendly, which somewhat marred the otherwise very positive impression of the practice.

I highly recommend them! Ms. Otto and her team are fantastic. As an owner, you sometimes suffer more than your pet, and they alleviate that anxiety. They take their time and provide excellent advice. The entire team is incredibly empathetic. ♡

We've taken our animals to Ms. Otto several times and have always been completely satisfied. She treated our guinea pigs with great sensitivity and professionalism, and we also felt very well cared for during our dog's examination and vaccination.
