I'm not satisfied. The way our cats were handled was rough; they were supposed to be restrained. They weren't even allowed to explore their surroundings briefly. On top of that, the costs per treatment were exorbitantly high. I'll be going back to my old vet, who travels a longer distance for better treatment.
