Reviews
A sensitive veterinarian with great empathy. I've been taking our Cocker Spaniel, Benny, to her since he was a puppy, and he's 14 now. I'm completely satisfied. She's always available, even in emergencies, and when she's on-site, she's a vet with heart and soul. Thank you! 😊
I went to the doctor's office twice on a Sunday for the emergency service. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind. They deserve more than 5 stars.
I've been to her twice now with my dog Maxi. I'm very satisfied and I think she treated us very kindly, even though she didn't know us at all.
Best vet ever, always there with so much love, understanding, and heart. Her help is simply wonderful; it's great that you exist. Thank you!
Unfortunately, I cannot understand the positive reviews. The waiting area alone is unacceptable for animals. Furthermore, there's no clear check-in process, leaving you feeling quite disoriented on your first visit. The overall tone is rather brusque and cold – there's little sign of warmth or empathy. I found it particularly disconcerting that it "doesn't matter" if a prescribed medication might cause an ulcer in an older animal. The pricing also seems questionable: I was charged an additional €12 simply for picking up medication, as I was briefly in the treatment room – without my animal present and without any discernible service. Overall, my visit left me with a disappointing impression.
