Dr. Swantje is kind and great at what she does. She has many years of experience that you can see from how she handles animals carefully and precisely. I had the opportunity to watch her work with a cat and a dog at two different houses, which I learned a lot about animals and treating their illnesses from her.

We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Maaß! Our two dogs have been going to her for treatment for some time now, and we always feel we are in excellent hands. Dr. Maaß is incredibly loving and empathetic, and she takes plenty of time for her little patients and their owners. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to her. She explains everything clearly, patiently answers every question, and manages to handle even stressful situations with calm and empathy. Our dogs feel comfortable with her, and we have complete confidence in her work. Thank you so much for the wonderful care – we are so happy to have found such a dedicated and warm-hearted veterinarian!

My cat got her tail 6 cm caught in the door... I panicked and called the emergency vet service, who transferred me to a veterinary practice in Dallgow Rohrbeck... the phone rang... the vet was barely audible... I explained the situation... she said... yes... it needed to be treated, but she was busy and couldn't see me for at least an hour and a half... I called the emergency service there twice, which cost a fortune... She stammered and mumbled on the phone... as if she didn't want to help... finally, I called a veterinary center in Falkensee... very competent and friendly... they said they would come immediately... my cat's tail had to be partially amputated... but the vets took care of her right away... nothing like the vet in Dallgow Rohrbeck.

Very good. It's important to know that you should make an appointment as it's strictly an appointment-only practice. Highly recommended.

Dr. Swantje Maaß visited us on Sunday to care for my palliative care patient. Although the cat has had a terrible fear of the vet his whole life, he was very peaceful and even curious with Dr. Maaß. She has an understanding of animals' inner lives that I've never experienced before. Pet owners, can openers, and everyone in between: if you have the choice, definitely ask Dr. Maaß for an appointment. She is definitely better and more reliable than Felmo & Co.
