A very friendly, competent, and patient practice team. I received excellent advice, and the veterinarian was very professional. I feel I am in the best hands at this practice, and therefore I gladly drive 30 minutes each way to get there, because all the other veterinarians in my area are simply unacceptable.

We always feel our dogs are in excellent hands at this practice. Our veterinarian impresses not only with her professional expertise but, above all, with her exceptional empathy. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and treats both animals and their owners with calm, respect, and genuine compassion. It's evident in every situation that the animals' well-being is truly her priority. We are especially grateful for her support four weeks ago when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog at home. She accompanied us through this difficult time with incredible dignity, calm, and empathy. Despite our grief, the farewell was handled with great love and respect – for which we will always be thankful. A big thank you also goes to the friendly and helpful staff at the practice. You are always warmly welcomed, taken seriously, and supported. The entire team creates an atmosphere where you and your pet feel safe and understood. I called because of an emergency and there were no appointments available. Every pet owner understands when there's an emergency and waits a few minutes. Apparently, they don't care if the animal is suffering and in pain.
