I can't understand how some people can complain about the prices or the staff. The prices aren't exorbitant, and no one is unfriendly. Quite the opposite. Both on the phone and in person, I was always treated very kindly. My requests were fulfilled, and all my animals received loving care. The prices are perfectly reasonable; anyone expecting a bargain should be prepared for inadequate treatment and, in the worst-case scenario, the loss of their pet. I am completely satisfied with the practice and the entire team and would recommend it to anyone!

We always feel our dogs are in excellent hands at this practice. Our veterinarian impresses not only with her professional expertise but, above all, with her exceptional empathy. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and treats both animals and their owners with calm, respect, and genuine compassion. It's evident in every situation that the animals' well-being is truly her priority. We are especially grateful for her support four weeks ago when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog at home. She accompanied us through this difficult time with incredible dignity, calm, and empathy. Despite our grief, the farewell was handled with great love and respect – for which we will always be thankful. A big thank you also goes to the friendly and helpful staff at the practice. You are always warmly welcomed, taken seriously, and supported. The entire team creates an atmosphere where you and your pet feel safe and understood. Friendly practice team, excellent advice, and a competent and patient veterinarian! We feel very well cared for at this practice. Thanks to the efficient organization, there are hardly any long waiting times. Ms. Degeler is very empathetic and patient with our dog, who is very afraid of the vet. For our dog's spaying, Ms. Degeler recommended a clinic after a thorough consultation, as the procedure is gentler there for a large dog. Many other veterinarians would probably have been more concerned with their earnings. I have already recommended the practice to several friends and acquaintances, and the feedback has been consistently positive.
