Ms. Frisch is very nice, and I felt comfortable with the treatments. However, as a dog owner, I found the waiting room situation inadequate. There wasn't enough space, especially when other dogs entered the waiting room. It was very stressful for my dog, as the waiting times were also long. I, as the dog owner, also didn't feel comfortable in the premises, but that's just my personal impression. Since Ms. Frisch works alone, I also missed having a veterinary assistant to hold my large dog on the examination table.

Excellent, friendly advice. She takes her time with her patients and explains everything important competently. She responds quickly even if she can't answer the phone. We are completely satisfied. Thank you!
