For us, this is the best veterinary practice we've ever encountered. The team is empathetic and incredibly kind; they explain everything thoroughly and strive to find the best solutions. We are happy and very grateful for the treatment our dog Lisa has received so far. We highly recommend this team to all animal lovers.

A very nice team, they saved my cat's life. The follow-up treatment went wonderfully too, with very kind, helpful, and empathetic nurses. The doctor explained everything very clearly, even though it wasn't a pleasant diagnosis; he explained everything to us. We have to give our cat three tablets a day, and now he's doing great. With lickable sticks and soft treats from Netto wrapped in empty capsules, he even takes the anticoagulant (very bitter). He's doing wonderfully, it's hard to believe. He had fluid in his lungs and heart failure. We continue to believe in the good and that my nine-year-old cat still has a pleasant and good life ahead of him with the medication. They are always very sympathetic to any problems we may have with our rather numerous cats. Home visits are also usually no problem. Billing is always clear and accurate.

We had previously taken our dog – who has since passed away – to this practice (she had a heart condition; we were referred there by a practice in Cottbus) and felt very well cared for. We needed a second opinion for our dachshund and now regularly visit the practice in Döbern with our three dogs. The doctor and nurses are very friendly, the appointment system is excellent for predictable appointments, and most importantly, they don't try to push anything on you.
