Excellent veterinarian! My partner has been taking his cats there for many years and feels they are in good hands. Dr. Poser treats the animals with great care and love. I've been present myself and can confirm this. So, for anyone looking for a top-notch veterinarian – you're in good hands there!

Dr. Poser has been our animals' vet for a long time, and I have never regretted going there, and she has "always" helped the animals.

We are completely stunned after learning from another veterinarian today that our sick kittens should have been treated with antibiotic injections four weeks ago (for cat flu, conjunctivitis). Now the sickest animal, which hasn't eaten for more than 24 hours due to a blocked airway, is in serious trouble. Furthermore, after four weeks of missing treatment, the cat flu is at risk of becoming chronic for life. We are hoping for improvement after the antibiotics and a maintenance injection from a competent colleague. Ms. Poser was informed of the deplorable living conditions where the kittens came from, but only diagnosed conjunctivitis and treated them with antibiotic eye ointment. The reported symptoms, such as frequent sneezing, nasal discharge, and eye discharge, were trivialized. She was our trusted veterinarian for years – we have to digest that first... Update: After publishing the review, the only reaction was an offended one, saying we should have had more trust – unfortunately, it was TOO MUCH trust, because after two months of treatment, the cat is now clinically classified as having a "severe chronic course." Only with nasal irrigation three times a day and the so-called "cat burrito" (wrapping technique) can we ensure that the cat receives sufficient ventilation of its airways, which is vital for survival and feeding. She also has to inhale daily. We continue to see our former trust as rewarded by a failure to provide assistance.

Well, I can't agree with Sven at all. We've been with Doris for over 15 years, and we have absolutely nothing negative to say about this practice. It's the only practice within a 100-kilometer radius that isn't fixated on money and that only cares about the animals' well-being. A very professional woman, very kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Doris, for everything from Amur and Johnny.
