Reviews
I can't thank this amazing team enough. I have complete trust in you! My cat was hospitalized for six days due to an aggressive calicivirus infection, after a few days of treatment beforehand, and then back for a check-up when he finally started to get better. You took such wonderful care of him. Thanks to you, he's back on his feet! The picture is recent. He really looked terrible. Added on November 4, 2024: Once again, we were in the best hands! Leo's eye removal couldn't have gone better. If we have any trust, it's only in you! Thank you so much! Also on behalf of Leo!
My dog was in for a dental cleaning today. Dr. Kittner and her team were all incredibly friendly and catered to my individual needs. My dog went into the anesthetic very gently. I had no idea it was possible for dogs to receive the anesthetic intramuscularly and then lie down on their own. The anesthetic only takes effect after a few minutes. My dog seemed relaxed because she was able to control herself and didn't have to be held down on the table until the anesthetic started working. Since she doesn't particularly like strangers, I really appreciated that the team remained completely calm and quiet until she fell asleep, giving us both space. Thank you! During the procedure, it was discovered that two teeth needed to be extracted, which was done immediately. After the surgery, Dr. Kittner took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, including what had happened during the procedure, and gave me her recommendations for the next few days. Thank you and your team for your excellent work.
The best veterinary practice and team within a 50-kilometer radius. After two incompetent veterinary practices, I stumbled across Dr. Kittner and her team online. Dr. Kittner is a competent, friendly, and, above all, highly knowledgeable veterinarian. After a botched dental surgery without an X-ray, my almost 18-year-old cat had to be put under anesthesia again. I would advise everyone to steer clear of such small-town vets and to operate on teeth without an X-ray machine—it's simply unacceptable. If it were possible, I would give this practice 10 stars. Dr. Kittner is located in Oberndorf am Lech. What I find absolutely fascinating is the separate waiting room for dogs and cats. I've never seen anything like it. Unfortunately, my cat had to get so old to find a competent veterinarian.
Everything was great :) I immediately felt very well cared for here with my cat. The team took plenty of time for us and asked me very detailed questions about her condition. Everything was totally relaxed and without any time pressure. I had the feeling that they really paid close attention, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I was asked about everything related to my cat's health. The practice is a bit out of the way, but the interior is very modern! Plus, I was seen very quickly and only had to wait about 10 minutes. The only thing to keep in mind is finding a parking space, as parking options right there are a bit limited. (There aren't any marked parking spaces on site), or maybe I just missed them. But that's really nitpicking, and there were plenty of spaces available when I arrived. :) But for the excellent advice and treatment, I'm happy to put up with that. Highly recommended!
Lovely practice. Dr. Kittner is very friendly to both people and animals. I can report more in June, as I have my teeth done then. The receptionist was also very attentive and friendly.
