Very friendly and understanding, even if you call several times because you're unsure whether your pet's condition/behavior is normal. 😄 I think it's great that you can just drop by without an appointment, giving full-time working people the opportunity to take their pets to the vet without too much stress.

We've been going to these wonderful vets for over ten years. The Fromme family is always available, and they always take the time to answer even the smallest questions. Although there are other vets closer to us, we gladly make the 30km drive each way. They are highly competent and clearly put their heart and soul into their work. The veterinarians are extremely competent and friendly. Both Dr. and Mrs. Fromme, as well as their substitute, are very helpful and genuinely interested in helping the animal. They take their time and listen carefully, rather than just processing the animal's needs.

I've only been here once for a scheduled appointment. Everything went perfectly, and so far, I'm happy with the results of my cat's neutering. I was only irritated that when I made the appointment, they didn't ask me anything about my cat... not even her age... 🤔

Highly competent veterinarians; our dogs were always back to their old selves after treatment. The only drawback: a large waiting room where the animals sit facing each other, which can get quite noisy with dogs. A privacy screen would be helpful; we saw one in another veterinary clinic where the waiting time was much more pleasant.
