Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very competent and they take the time to explain everything. My dog Stella had her teeth cleaned and removed with no complications (thus far). Very impressed and satisfied with their services. Would highly recommend - there are some dodgy vets in munich, this isn't one of them.
I visited this clinic some months ago for the first time, and my cat was attended by a young lady doctor who was extremely kind, friendly, competent, answered all of my questions in detail and spoke to me in English. Also the reception attendant and the doctor's assistant were very nice. Unfortunately, they changed to a new online appointment system named "Petleo", and that young lady doctor's name is not listed there, so I can't schedule new appointments with her.
