Very, very friendly and extremely helpful! You get an appointment immediately, and the animal is wonderfully cared for, both during the treatment and the follow-up appointments. The owner's needs are also taken into consideration; if, like me, you're afraid of needles, the assistant is there right away. I'm extremely satisfied and happy to have found someone so competent!
She speaks English which is important if you're german is not good enough for medical translation. She goes above and beyond for her patients.
