I've been a patient of Dr. Kreidemeier for several years and regularly take my animals there – not just for surgeries, but also for general treatments and checkups. She has also performed surgeries on my dogs, and she handled everything so calmly, professionally, and lovingly that I always felt safe. You can tell she knows exactly what she's doing – and that the animal's well-being is always her top priority. The hardest moment for me was having to let my dog ​​go. Dr. Kreidemeier was there for me then, too – with so much empathy, calm, and respect that I'm still grateful for it. She took her time and handled everything with dignity. But what makes this practice so special is that it's not about making a quick buck, but truly about the animal. You get that feeling with every visit. The assistants are also incredibly wonderful in their interactions with the animals – loving, calm, and attentive. You can immediately tell that they work with heart. Even after my move, I still drive about an hour to see her – and every single kilometer is worth it. For me, there's no alternative anymore, because trust like this isn't something to take for granted.
