Excellent expertise, thorough explanations, and follow-up care after treatment. They take their time with the animals and don't feel rushed just because the waiting room is full. They say cats buy Whiskas... and go to Praise... we were there with a dog, but it fits too...

Absolutely not recommended. Ms. Lobpreis at the reception is extremely unfriendly and rude. They receive the animals there, and you're not allowed to be present during the treatments, nor are you involved. Only when you get the bill do you realize what's been going on behind closed doors (if that's even what's going on). They don't care about animal welfare, only about their wallets... in my opinion, they're pure rip-offs!

Very friendly practice team. They treated my sister's dog at short notice during an emergency. Everyone else in the area was either on vacation or referred us to the Babenhausen Animal Hospital because it was almost closing time. Luckily, this practice wasn't, and we're very grateful for that. ❤️
