Ms. Rocksin and her team are always helpful if you need anything. They're all very kind to the animals (our cats). Of course, nobody really enjoys going to the vet, but here you at least feel well cared for.

When my wife arrived with our injured cat without an appointment, she was reprimanded and told she should have made an appointment. After the surgery at the recommended clinic, our friend had to be euthanized 14 days later due to kidney failure. Absolutely incompetent, I'm extremely angry.
