Reviews
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Sigrid Riener and her entire practice team. Dr. Riener is an exceptional veterinarian: direct, honest, and competent – and at the same time, a person who always makes time for patients, even when her schedule is overflowing. Thanks to her meticulous examinations, our dog Xara's early-stage heart valve insufficiency was detected. Without her trained eye and thoroughness, it would likely have gone undetected for much longer. She is also an excellent resource when it comes to nutrition. She explains things clearly, anticipates our needs, and always provides guidance that is truly tailored to Xara's needs. I particularly appreciate her commitment to continuing education. Dr. Riener regularly attends training courses, continuing education programs, and conferences, ensuring she stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine. For me, this is the crucial difference: a young veterinarian who takes current research seriously and applies it in her practice. If a case falls outside her area of expertise, she immediately refers us to excellent specialists – quickly, efficiently, and effectively. This network gives pet owners an incredible sense of security. A big thank you also goes to the assistants: friendly, attentive, professional, and truly dedicated. For us, this veterinary practice is an absolute top choice. You feel seen, taken seriously, and in excellent hands.
We've been bringing our two Shibas, Yoko and Azumi, to this veterinary practice for almost two years now. We have nothing but positive things to say. We feel very well cared for by the entire team! Thank you so much!!
A good friend recommended Dr. Riener to me, and I'm so glad she did. My dog had a really nasty hot spot that healed quickly thanks to her help. In general, you feel very well cared for and taken seriously by Dr. Riener and her team. Even my adolescent dog feels so comfortable there that he can lie down quietly in the closed treatment room instead of running around stressed and leaving paw prints. Many thanks to a wonderful, competent, and calm team. We'll definitely be back.
A competent, friendly, empathetic, and humane team 🥰. You feel truly valued and well cared for, with excellent advice and treatment 👍. The card they sent expressing their condolences after the loss of our Eve ❤️ was especially thoughtful. This is exactly how a veterinarian/practice should be 👌. Thank you!
One star is, in my opinion, way too generous. You pay far too much for very little. The poor animals have to wait an extremely long time. Veterinarians are often not available. The usual excuse is, "There was an emergency." The negative reviews have apparently been "removed." Well, I probably won't be in their customer database either, and I'll probably get a snarky reply. Oh well, not everyone can handle feedback constructively. 😅
