We were seen at short notice today because our cat has severe diarrhea. Dr. Oswald is a very good veterinarian with a great feel for animals. She gave us very thorough advice and lots of helpful tips. We felt very comfortable in her practice, and her calm manner put us at ease. We would gladly go back anytime. Best regards

Feedback on my dog's treatment (conjunctivitis): 1. Follow-up and communication: Unfortunately, contrary to what was agreed upon, no follow-up examination was conducted. I had to ask myself how long the eye drops should continue to be administered. The only answer given was: "Until the eyes look perfect." I would have appreciated a clear, professional assessment from the practice staff at this point. Furthermore, it remained unclear how "perfect" was defined in this context. A factual description of the desired outcome would have been helpful. 2. Inadequate explanation of the findings: When I asked what exactly was wrong with my dog's eyes, I was simply told: "That happens quite often." I expect a clear and professionally sound explanation during medical treatment—especially when it concerns my pet's health. In my opinion, this statement was unprofessional and unhelpful. Discussions with other dog owners also made it clear that this statement is by no means considered a standard response. 3. Interpersonal interaction: I found the behavior of one of the veterinarians to be condescending. I would like to see respectful and appreciative treatment – ​​also in conversations with concerned pet owners. Empathetic communication is an important part of veterinary care.

I highly recommend this practice. Although it wasn't open today, Dr. Oswald took a moment to very sensitively care for our cat. Thank you very much for that.

We've been seeing Dr. Oswald ever since we got our dog (4 years old) and are very satisfied with the treatments. We've always been greeted warmly. You can always get an appointment promptly when you need one. Therefore, we can highly recommend this veterinary practice.
