Unfortunately, I also have to give a bad review. I had to pay €100 upfront by debit card, leave a €100 deposit, and this was before I even saw the vet. Then came the treatment: the cat was taken out of the carrier, and they let her jump around. Of course, she hid behind the cupboard. Examination. Okay. Cat back in the carrier. She was happy to be safe again, then the same thing happened again until finally the antibiotic injection was given. If the cat was already so anxious, did she have to go through this procedure twice? I don't understand it. To top it all off, the €200 wasn't enough for the injection and medication. I actually wanted to get deworming treatments for my four cats, but I didn't think the price was right. I'll get those from a different vet.

Absolutely appalling! I have never experienced anything so manipulative and utterly malicious! The fear and despair surrounding my terminally ill cat were shamelessly exploited! This greedy and heartless behavior by the veterinarian and her staff has taken audacity to a level I've never seen before! To profit so blatantly from the misery and helplessness of another person—who came to the practice with their beloved cat as an emergency case over the weekend—borderes on a crime!

This practice is run by two people, and they do so with a great deal of understanding, empathy, and honesty. No beating around the bush, no unnecessary prolongation of situations, and no giving up immediately. Euthanizing animals is easy, quick, and requires little effort! Here, they fight with heart and soul and provide the best possible supportive care when appropriate and justifiable. Anyone complaining about prices can look at the catalog online and will find transparent invoices that can be questioned. Incidentally, other service providers sometimes require upfront payment—so why should that be prohibited in veterinary medicine? Insure your animals! This practice does not deserve these bad reviews, and they are disrespectful!

Rip-off. I took my cat to the vet because our usual vet is no longer working there. I was asked to sign a form beforehand agreeing to pay the bill; otherwise, I wasn't allowed in. When I asked how much it would cost, the vet wouldn't tell me, just said "it won't be much." In the end, it was €150. I find it outrageous to charge €13 for four perfectly ordinary cotton swabs and €50 for ear cleaning.

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS VETERINARY!!! Yesterday, I wanted to take my cat to the vet for an emergency. His eye was watering badly, and he couldn't open it. There was a slight cloudiness in his eye. It's important to have this checked out to prevent complications. I arrived about three hours before closing time. The practice was empty except for one other animal and its owner. I wasn't even allowed inside. When I asked if they could treat my cat, I only got an eye roll and an annoyed, "No, no time, we're full. Find another practice. Goodbye." Then the door was slammed in my face. Very nice staff indeed 👌🏼. The fact that their website states (and I quote): "It goes without saying that in an emergency, you will get an appointment at short notice, even on the same day," is extremely ironic in this context.
