Tierarztpraxis Dres. Dippon und Stein

We were always very satisfied! What bothers me is that, although we explicitly stated when making the appointment that we wanted to take our dog to Dr. Dippon, we ended up seeing a veterinarian we didn't know! That's fine once in a while, but it wasn't the first time. And you're not told beforehand. I don't think that's good for the dog or its owners. It really damages trust!

Great doctors and a friendly team! Our cats are always well cared for, and we feel very well looked after. When our cat was sick, we always managed to get an appointment despite the waiting room being full. Unfortunately, they couldn't help him in the end, but they did everything they could for him! I highly recommend this practice and will definitely continue to treat my remaining cats here.

Unfortunately, my impression of this veterinary practice is entirely negative. The staff are very rude and unhelpful in their interactions with customers, and the vet came across as unprofessional and insecure. I was assured that my cat's blood results would be available the next day – but despite repeated inquiries, I was repeatedly put off. This behavior appears disorganized and shows a lack of responsibility. I no longer trust this practice and definitely cannot recommend it.

We take our cat, who has asthma, to this veterinary practice. All the vets are very friendly and also very kind to their animal patients! We felt very well cared for, both during our regular appointments and our emergency visits. 😃 We also took our family dog, Lucky, there. He's 13 years old and weighs 37 kilos. He had a large tumor that was removed. The surgery went smoothly, and the tumor was completely removed! He was very happy to see the vets again the next day. 😄 We highly recommend this practice and will definitely continue to go there!
