Tierarztpraxis Dres. Dippon und Stein

We take our cat, who has asthma, to this veterinary practice. All the vets are very friendly and also very kind to their animal patients! We felt very well cared for, both during our regular appointments and our emergency visits. 😃 We also took our family dog, Lucky, there. He's 13 years old and weighs 37 kilos. He had a large tumor that was removed. The surgery went smoothly, and the tumor was completely removed! He was very happy to see the vets again the next day. 😄 We highly recommend this practice and will definitely continue to go there!

Great doctors and a lovely team at the practice! Our cats always receive excellent care, and we feel very well looked after. Even when our cat was sick, we were always able to get an appointment despite the waiting room being full. Unfortunately, they couldn't help him in the end, but they did everything they could for him! I highly recommend this practice and will definitely continue to treat my remaining cats here.

Two stars deducted because I was charged extra for an organizational note on the invoice regarding an existing claim. Really disappointing. I remain very satisfied with the veterinary services.

Incredibly unfriendly. We were told five times that we needed confirmation of the castration, and five times we were asked if an invoice would suffice. No bandage, no recovery suit after the castration. Never again.

We were always very satisfied! What bothers me is that, although we explicitly stated when making the appointment that we wanted to take our dog to Dr. Dippon, we ended up seeing a veterinarian we didn't know! That's fine once in a while, but it wasn't the first time. And you're not told beforehand. I don't think that's good for the dog or its owners. It really damages trust!
