Super easy. Our young cat was here today for neutering and microchipping. Very friendly staff. Our cat is still a bit tired and sad, but that's probably more due to the loss 🙈 We'll gladly come again.

I can only agree with the previous reviews. The doctors are fantastic, and the ladies on the phone are always friendly and accommodating. After an unpleasant incident last year, my gelding needed urgent treatment over a week. I always reached the practice very quickly by phone, and appointments were made at short notice. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. The horse was feeling noticeably better after a week. Thank you very much for that. I will continue to use this practice exclusively for my new arrivals in the future. All in all, an animal is in excellent hands here.

A very friendly and empathetic veterinarian. The pre-purchase exam for the horse was carried out promptly and very thoroughly by Dr. Lötttgen and his assistant. He handled the pony wonderfully. He provided excellent support for the owner, explaining every step in detail. You feel very well cared for. Thank you!
