A very friendly and empathetic veterinarian. The pre-purchase exam for the horse was carried out promptly and very thoroughly by Dr. Lötttgen and his assistant. He handled the pony wonderfully. He provided excellent support for the owner, explaining every step in detail. You feel very well cared for. Thank you!
I can only echo the previous reviews. The vets are fantastic, and the ladies on the phone are always friendly and helpful. After an unpleasant incident last year, my gelding needed urgent treatment for over a week. I was always able to reach the practice very quickly by phone, and appointments were arranged at short notice. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. The horse was noticeably better after a week. Thank you so much! I will definitely use this practice for all my future new arrivals. All in all, an animal is in excellent hands here.
Super easy. Our young cat was here today for neutering and microchipping. Very friendly staff. Our cat is still a bit tired and sad, but that's probably more due to the loss 🙈 We'll gladly come again.
