I'm extremely happy with the treatment my dog Lissy received! She had a hematoma in her ear, and the entire team took incredibly loving and professional care of her. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Everything was explained clearly, the treatment was excellent, and Lissy has recovered very well. The only veterinary practice in the region where we and our dogs actually enjoy going. The entire team is professional, competent, and very loving towards the animals. You simply feel comfortable and well cared for. They also have state-of-the-art equipment, such as cardiac ultrasound, and their own laboratory. Thank you for your wonderful work as an emergency veterinarian in Ebenthal! Had I known that you would rather euthanize my kitten than treat it, I wouldn't have gone to you! Thank goodness there are still veterinarians who treat a problem and don't choose the latter option! If I could, I would give zero stars because you are definitely out of place in an emergency veterinary program!
After my dog developed lameness in his front paw after a long hike over the weekend, we went to the emergency room at the Ebenthal Veterinary Practice. We were immediately seen by Dr. Kronberg, who, after a thorough orthopedic examination and an x-ray, fortunately revealed that it was only a sprain. We were very satisfied with our visit to the Ebenthal Veterinary Practice and would be happy to return!
After switching vets, we've finally found the perfect fit. Both I and my dog feel completely safe and well cared for here. It's a beautiful, very clean practice with a truly welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Kronberg takes her time, calmly and thoroughly investigates the problem, and explains everything clearly and without stress – even with a small, troubled dog. The entire team is incredibly warm and friendly. We are very grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this practice. 🐾
