I really wanted to like this clinic and support a woman owned business. However, because of two bad experiences and always being rushed during my appointments; I never returned. Dr. Kuen disregarded my request to NOT administer a rabies vaccine with Thimerosal (mercury). I asked specifically and was told the rabies vaccine did not contain mercury as a preservative. However, when I checked online Nobivac T DOES contain mercury. My dog got very sick after the vaccine and even had very bad swelling at the injection site. Dr. Kuen also sold me a Scalibor tick collar which caused my dog uncontrollable tremors. This is also a widely known side affect, and I was not told anything accept that it was "safe". Why is a vet selling something that can potentially hurt animals? It's basically poison. I threw away the tick collar and never returned to this clinic. I found a great vet who takes their time, gives me all the information and doesn't get insulted that I ask questions. Always advocate for your animal's safety. Not every vet has an overarching education. ***RESPONSE TO DR KUEN'S MESSAGE*** Due to Dr. Kuen calling into question the validity of my review and the horrible experience I had with the clinic I have decided to update my review by adding photos. Please find attached photos of the rabies vaccine Dr. Kuen administered, and the scalibor collar Dr. Kuen sold me. I will reiterate that I asked twice for her NOT to administer a rabies vaccine with Thimerosal (mercury) and was both reassured Nobivac T was free of thimerosal AND dismissed when I expressed initial concern. Dr. Kuen did not take the time to advise me and instead disregarded my request. She also dismissed any concern I had with the collar and simply said it was "safe". She never explained any possible side effects or what to do in that case. I was always rushed in and out of my dog's appointments. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. A dog's welfare and health are too important. Dr. Kuen, There is NO "mix-up". Your response only highlights your lack of accountability by trying to discredit my honest/factual review. You harmed my dog. The only silver lining is your negligence and ignorance led me to seek out and find a wonderful veterinarian.

Just brought my Farbrratte and the whole team was excellent. They were able to give me an appointment super quickly, and the price was more than fair. Will go back gladly but not soon hopefully. Really happy.
