A truly caring veterinary practice! Our 12-year-old pug, Ilvy, immediately felt at home, even though she avoids veterinary practices. Valeria treats the animals lovingly before beginning the diagnosis. The treatment is very professional. Ilvy will only visit the Ferrari veterinary practice from now on. Trimming her nails was always a source of anxiety for Ilvy, but with Valeria, it was absolutely no problem. Her calming effect on the animals demonstrates her love for her profession. A week ago, our cat urgently needed veterinary care. Unfortunately, our usual vet was unavailable. The following week was also unavailable. So we decided to visit the Ferrari veterinary practice. We quickly got an appointment over the phone with assistant Stefanie. Veterinarian Valeria took the time to thoroughly examine our limping cat. Thank you so much for the compassionate and professional treatment. Our cat sensed she was being cared for as soon as she arrived in the waiting room and remained relaxed during the examination. The excellent explanation of the diagnosis and treatment was particularly noteworthy. Our Lilly is now doing well again.
