Today, on Easter Sunday, I used the emergency veterinary service of Dr. Landgraf. My American Bully had a very deep cut on his paw. I have rarely experienced such an empathetic veterinarian who treated my very tense dog with so much sensitivity and calm. You can feel her passion for her profession. Unfortunately, that is very rare these days, and I am glad I went to her and not anyone else. A thousand thanks for the quick help and the time you took.
Dr. Landgraf was very friendly and compassionate. Her diagnosis was spot on. The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, nothing more could be done for my little dog. But I have found MY vet. Lilli and I thank you for the loving care.

For years now, I've only gone to other vets when Dr. Landgraf recommends it. She's a specialist. My animals trust her. Just today, my youngest dog greeted her so enthusiastically that she nudged her in the eye. Even though that can result in a black eye, she didn't hold it against her. She doesn't pressure anyone into anything; she explains everything thoroughly. She's open-minded and thinks about things that aren't immediately obvious. The appointment system is also fantastic. There's no long wait. I check my pet in at the reception desk and get it out of the car to go straight in for treatment. My cat starts purring in his carrier as soon as she touches him.
