A very kind veterinarian! Since our little cat was having problems, we had to go to the emergency vet. She responded quickly, we got an appointment right away, and the treatment was excellent, even though she was under a lot of pressure due to the many calls. After my 11-year-old dog suffered for two years, I was accused of simply wanting to get rid of him after I asked to discuss the possibility of euthanasia. I was also told to just grit my teeth and bear it.

There are veterinarians – and then there are people who live their profession with their whole heart. Dr. Fleck, you are exactly that kind of veterinarian. From the very beginning, we felt incredibly well cared for by you. You always treated Amy with so much love, patience, expertise, and dedication, and you always took the time she needed. It was clear in every moment that for you, it wasn't just about medical care, but also about the well-being of the animal and the people who love it. Even during the most difficult time, you supported us with boundless compassion. I will always be grateful for that. Amy couldn't have wished for a better veterinarian. A few years ago, we had a problem with our cat. No one wanted to help us because they weren't accepting new clients and were busy. They found time here and took us in immediately. Since then, we've never been turned away. If we had a problem, after a short phone call, the lady was able to accommodate us, help our cat, and offer advice, even without an appointment. Thank you, Antek and I. I definitely recommend them!
