The practice is amazing; it's almost worth a day trip just to visit. The waiting room alone is a dream. Finally, my dog ​​can relax and unwind in a large room all by himself and sleep on the sofa. Coffee, water, snacks—the fantastic team takes care of everything. You feel comfortable and well cared for as soon as you walk in. Ms. Loh is a very friendly woman with whom you can have a conversation on equal terms. I really appreciate that she takes so much time for you and listens to everything without interrupting any topic. The atmosphere at the practice seems great; I can feel it. My dog ​​has early-stage arthritis and received 13 implants. He was already feeling much better the day after. It's supposed to take a little while to see the full results, but I can already tell that he's less in pain. Today, on the second day, he's doing even better and is already back to his old clown self. I'm so happy she was able to help my beloved dog; I can wholeheartedly recommend her. Oh, and I think it's fantastic that you're present during the anesthesia, both when the dog falls asleep and when he wakes up. I have the feeling my dog ​​definitely needed that. We went there on the recommendation of a veterinarian because our original vet wanted to prescribe a bunch of painkillers and Librella. Luckily, we followed this recommendation and had gold point acupuncture done. You walk into the practice and immediately feel well cared for. The vet takes plenty of time for you and discusses everything down to the smallest detail. And what can I say? We had it done, and after two days, my dog ​​was already pain-free in his back. Now he runs around like a young puppy and romps about as if he's in his prime. I will recommend this practice to everyone. And once again, it shows that it's possible to treat your dog without medication!

I've now taken my anxious dog to Ms. Loh twice. The precise scheduling, the absence of other dogs, the lack of a typical waiting room, and the time for the dog to settle in are invaluable. I also feel she's in good hands professionally. Definitely recommended. And on top of that, there are pleasant conversations and good coffee.

For me, this was the most relaxed vet visit ever. The staff were extremely competent and friendly, both on the phone and in person. In the private waiting room, the dog could settle in and look around freely. Ms. Loh took ample time to learn all the details about the dog. Only then did the examination take place.
