Dr. Török is an exceptional veterinarian—completely up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine, yet also humane, calm, and empathetic. You immediately sense the high level of expertise and genuine dedication that goes into her work. Her assistant, Andrea, is equally remarkable: she possesses enormous expertise, extensive experience, and provides advice that is always professional, honest, and empathetic. With her, you always feel understood and well cared for. I am particularly grateful for the way the passing of our Molly was handled. The euthanasia was performed with such sensitivity, respect, and dignity that this incredibly difficult moment lost some of its terror. I will always be grateful to this practice for that. For me, this is clearly the best veterinary practice in the region—also because specialists like a dentist and a cardiologist practice here. My dog ​​probably had an earache during the night. After calling the veterinary clinic, I quickly got an appointment. I was very satisfied with the examination by the veterinarian and the subsequent compassionate care. I can definitely recommend this clinic.

I can only say positive things about Ms. Wolfbeisser-Török and her assistant; my three cats are in excellent hands. Over my 57 years, I've always had pets and have had my share of experiences with various veterinarians, unfortunately not many of them positive. With Ms. Wolfbeisser-Török, I've experienced genuine empathy for animals for the first time. I simply cannot understand the reviews claiming she's "only in it for the money"! One of my cats required intensive care for over two months, including tube feeding. Ms. Wolfbeisser-Török expertly explained how I could bandage, feed, and care for my cat, etc., to save me further costs at a veterinary clinic. She was available day and night without charging a single cent and even took back and refunded me for medication packages I no longer needed. Her assistant also has a special way with animals. I originally adopted two of my cats from a bad situation. Due to their bad experiences, the two cats only allow me to touch them without resistance. However, in the hands of assistant Ms. Brunner, they are as gentle as butter. I think that says a lot, because animals can sense whether someone is kind to them. Furthermore, my cats and I have also had experience with the dentist and the anesthesiologist. Here, too, I can only report positive experiences, and I don't believe I've been lucky with every vet visit.
