A highly trustworthy and competent veterinary practice where animal welfare is always the top priority. Highly recommended, not only for their expertise but also for their compassionate approach. We feel very well cared for and receive excellent veterinary advice there.

We took our cat to Dr. Hildenbeutel's veterinary practice for about a year and a half. He suddenly stopped eating, and no matter what we offered him, he refused it or ate very little. His weight decreased, and his health deteriorated. After visiting another veterinary practice nearby, where they seemed more interested in our wallets than our cat, our desperation grew. Luckily, a colleague recommended Dr. Hildenbeutel's practice. So, we put our cat in his carrier and drove the long way (40 minutes) to the clinic. Dr. Hildenbeutel examined him, took blood, gave him fluids, and discussed the first steps and options with us. She also gave us a cream to stimulate his appetite (which is rubbed into his ear). She and her team treated our cat very gently (even though he didn't enjoy the whole procedure) and took plenty of time for us. After the blood test results came back, we received the news that our cat had thyroid problems and urgently needed medication. After applying the cream, our cat quickly started eating again and gained weight back up to 5 kilos. With the daily medication, things continued to improve. Unfortunately, this is an incurable disease, so we had to visit Dr. Hildenbeutel's practice regularly. Every visit was as loving and professional as the first. Sadly, our cat's health deteriorated again (he may have had a tumor, but we couldn't determine this), and eventually, we had to make the difficult decision to have him euthanized. Even then, Dr. Hildenbeutel took a lot of time (even though it wasn't an appointment time), examined him carefully, and asked if I wanted her opinion, which I agreed to. She confirmed that this was the best decision for our cat and that his condition would only worsen and cause him suffering, which I absolutely did not want. Ms. Hildenbeutel gave me the opportunity and time to say goodbye and explained all the steps to me in detail. Even though the end was very sad, I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for everything you did for us, and especially for giving us another 1.5 years with our beloved cat. Thank you so much for your time, your work, and your loving care of our cat and of us. I wish there were more veterinary practices like yours. You are a fantastic team, and I have recommended you and will continue to do so. I have only received positive feedback from others so far. Please keep up the great work! ❤️

We've been using the Hildenbeutel veterinary team for years and are more than satisfied. No matter when you call, even on vacation or when they're out privately, you can always get help over the phone. For years, they cared for one of our very old horses, who had been getting lame from time to time since she was 33. They provided excellent support. Whether it was a Sunday or even Christmas, Dr. Hildenbeutel came, helped lower her blood pressure, examined her, and got her back on her feet. As soon as she was standing, everything was fine again (it was a unilateral hip problem). Thanks to them, we were able to give her many more happy years. It was only through this collaboration that she would live to be 38. Last Saturday evening, one of our heavily pregnant breeding goats had choke. Even though they had a long day at work, they came and saved our Siri. She was getting increasingly bloated and looked like she was going to burst. She would have died a miserable death. Within 10 minutes, they relieved her through a tracheostomy tube. Rescued from her misery and grazed down... her body size returned to normal, she immediately felt better... after another 60 minutes she was nibbling hay and was fully recovered... This intervention made the difference between life and death... We could tell you many more such rescues... We are grateful and happy to have such kind, empathetic, helpful, and competent veterinarians by our side... You are simply wonderful... Thank you, thank you, thank you!
