Edit: Thank you for your response, but I need to correct several misleading statements. The pain medication was prescribed only because we explicitly asked for it, after realizing that our cat was not receiving adequate treatment. It was not offered during the initial visit. Your claim regarding the appointment is also incorrect. It was cancelled in advance by my husband, and we did not receive multiple phone calls as stated. It is important that responses reflect the actual course of events. Unfortunately, our experience remains exactly as described. They prescribe HOMEOPATHIC DRUGS! Very disappointing experience. My cat was clearly in pain due to a dental issue, yet instead of proper pain relief, he was given a homeopathic remedy, which is not evidence-based. This is unacceptable when an animal is suffering. The clinic also felt chaotic, and communication was difficult due to poor English. I would not recommend this place.
We usually see a different doctor, but she wasn't available, and the long weekend was approaching. We'd never been to this practice before, but they squeezed us in even though they were fully booked. The wait time was perfectly acceptable, especially considering we didn't have an appointment. Now, about the doctor: I don't know which doctor it was, but we were completely satisfied, both professionally and personally. If we weren't so incredibly loyal to our usual doctor due to our medical history, we would switch to this practice immediately. Finally, the price... more than fair. The only downside is that they don't accept card payments, but that's not a big deal. The practice is located right in town, so finding an ATM isn't a problem.
Dear ladies at the reception and dear Doctor! Thank you so much for your care and prompt help with Georgi, our little furball who couldn't pee! You have the heart in the right place and the knowledge of how to help when various events occur one after the other. Thank you for your willingness to care for him overnight! Our Georgi couldn't poop or pee again. We're now at the third doctor, and today he inserted a catheter to remove struvite stones from his bladder. A penile amputation is being considered instead of fistula surgery. Thank you again, you and your team are empathetic and highly recommended!
We've been here for years. Previously with two Siamese cats and our first dog. Now with our 1-year-old terriers. As always, top-notch care. Lots of love! Nikita and Flora ♥️♥️ (Deceased 🖤Lucy, 🖤Rosie, 🖤Cleo)
She was more concerned with "new" problems than with the actual issue we came with. My dog still has the same symptoms after the vet visit, and I'm broke. I won't be going back there for myself or my animals.
