We've had dogs for 40 years and therefore have 40 years of experience with various veterinarians. But we've been more than satisfied with Isabel Brützel's practice and her team for years. The loving care, the high level of expertise, the time spent per visit, the reasonable prices, and the availability even outside of opening hours, etc., are simply fantastic. Thank you to the whole team.

Ms. Brützel has been treating my dogs for four years. She is always very friendly, takes plenty of time with both the animals and the people, and even queries by phone or email are answered promptly. She took a lot of time with my new dog to ensure that he develops a positive association with vet visits, which has worked out great so far. If more specific problems arise, Ms. Brützel always refers you to specialists. The exchange of information with other practices or clinics has always worked smoothly. I consider the prices to be reasonable. I have already recommended Ms. Brützel to friends (who have always been very satisfied) and would continue to do so!

A truly wonderful veterinarian, very empathetic and understanding. The assistant is also super nice. I'm completely satisfied and hope my cat gets well again.
