We've had dogs for 40 years and therefore have 40 years of experience with various veterinarians. But we've been more than satisfied with Isabel Brützel's practice and her team for years. The loving care, the high level of expertise, the time spent per visit, the reasonable prices, and the availability even outside of opening hours, etc., are simply fantastic. Thank you to the whole team.
Ms. Brützel has been treating my dogs for four years. She is always very friendly, takes plenty of time for both the animal and the owner, and responds promptly to phone calls and emails. She dedicated a lot of time to my new dog to ensure he associates vet visits with positive experiences, which has worked wonderfully so far. If more specific problems arise, Ms. Brützel always refers patients to specialists. Exchanging information with other practices or clinics has always been seamless. I find her prices reasonable. I have already recommended Ms. Brützel to friends (who have also always been very satisfied) and would continue to do so!
