Question 1

How can I make the vet visit as stress-free as possible for my pet?

Accepted Answer

Please bring your dog or cat in a carrier box if possible and plan plenty of time. Because the practice operates exclusively on an appointment basis, waiting times in the waiting room are noticeably reduced. Also keep some distance from other animals and bring a familiar blanket if needed to keep stress levels low.

Question 2

What do I need to bring to the initial examination appointment?

Accepted Answer

If you already have documents or reports from previous examinations, please feel free to bring them along. In addition, there are registration forms as well as consent and information forms on site that you can fill out at your leisure.

Question 3

Are there parking facilities directly at the practice?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are free parking spaces directly in front of the practice on the parking deck of the ABC-Center. When arriving by car, please remember to display a parking disc clearly. You can also easily reach the practice by public transport via Nettelnburg station.

Question 4

Who can I contact in urgent emergencies outside opening hours?

Accepted Answer

If an urgent emergency occurs outside our opening hours, please contact the central Hamburg emergency service directly at 040 43 43 79. For planned emergencies during our opening hours, we ask for a brief telephone contact beforehand.
