She's very meticulous in her examination and diagnosis and would rather do one more examination than one too few. If necessary, you'll be referred to a specialist, which we find very important and competent. Overall, the practice is run by Theresa and Jonas in a friendly and competent manner. Theresa was one of the best veterinarians we've ever had. One of our two Siamese cats, Rudolph, was diagnosed with kidney failure last year. We were told that in the worst-case scenario, he only had a few weeks or months left, and we were devastated. We took him to two different veterinarians in Vienna, but they both felt there wasn't much they could do. Then we took Rudolph to Theresa. Since then, he has received a great deal of care and medication that the other veterinarians hadn't considered, and his health has actually improved.
