Reviews
The most beautiful veterinary practice, the most beautiful team of specialists and passionate about what they do, an extraordinary doctor. Thanks and nice to meet you. All the best!
Super
Anyone who knows Dr. Kimberger-Dorninger knows how brilliant she is. Competent, calm, and caring—simply the best veterinarian! Those who don't know her can't judge and should probably refrain from using her services. Waiting times? Of course, quality takes time. Absolutely recommended—no ifs, ands, or buts!
Unfortunately, I can only give one star and cannot recommend this service. The scheduled appointment for the check-up for my two cats was at 9:00 AM, as there were no other available slots (I called two weeks prior). Since it was somewhat urgent, I rearranged my own schedule and rearranged things quite a bit. Out of respect for appointments, I always arrive 10 minutes early, and this was no exception. This meant I was there at 8:50 AM with both cats. I went inside and sat in the waiting room, as both doors to the practice were closed (one was even locked, as I later saw due to a construction worker). I thought, "Well, there are call boxes; someone will come around 9:00 or shortly after to get us." At 9:30 AM, there was still no sign of anyone. An older gentleman who had arrived before me was also in the room. Around 9:15 AM, a woman came in with a dog and sat down next to us. I've gone again now. I have to say: I find it utterly disrespectful that someone handles appointments and acceptance like this. In a finite lifespan, time is the most precious commodity, and I couldn't spend those 55 minutes (including the 10-minute drive) as I pleased. Furthermore, it was unnecessary stress for my two little darlings. If someone treats appointments and people like this, I don't even want to know what their professional competence is. If the argument is, "Well, that's just how it is with a doctor," that's nonsense. Then they need to plan better and allow more buffer time between appointments. It's like any appointment-based business. We entrepreneurs manage it, too. I'm going to find another veterinarian now. Trust is gone. What a shame.
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ From our very first contact, I immediately felt incredibly comfortable with Dr. Kimberger; it felt like I'd known her forever. During one of the worst times I've ever had to endure with my dog, she was there for us wholeheartedly from the start. My dog was extremely ill, and even though it was the holidays, including Christmas and her daughter's birthday in the new year, Dr. Kimberger was there for us. Not just as a matter of course, not forced, but with a naturalness and dedication that is rarely experienced. You can immediately tell that she and her daughter are passionate about their work. They were not only highly competent but also incredibly empathetic, reassuring, and honest. They gave me support during this difficult time and provided my dog with the best possible care. I am incredibly grateful for their dedication, their humanity, and their love for animals. They're not just a great team, they're truly special people! Absolutely heartfelt recommendation! Thank you for everything ♥️
