Dr. Hannah Erlacher is especially wonderful – we feel we are in excellent hands with her! All findings and treatment options are discussed thoroughly, and you are truly supported until the best solution for your pet is found. A reliable and supportive team! After a long search, we have finally found the perfect veterinarian, and our years of problems are now a thing of the past – a heartfelt thank you!
Of course, on a Friday, my dog injured several of her claws. It couldn't wait until Monday, and all the nearby vets were already closed at lunchtime. The team in Königstetten spontaneously offered me an evening appointment. Not only that, but when an appointment was canceled, they even informed me that I could come earlier. No waiting time; we were seen right away, and then they took an hour to examine my dog thoroughly and discuss the best possible treatment. She was treated with courage and kindness, and they even offered to come back when she was healthy, so that the experience would be a positive one. And they wanted me to bring the male dog with me, too. Thank you so much for the spontaneous appointment! I really appreciate it! Thank you for the friendly and uncomplicated approach. We would be happy to come back.
