After a very unpleasant experience with our elderly cat at our previous vet in Glückstadt, we switched to Dr. Graack's practice. We immediately felt comfortable and well cared for at this clinic. The entire team's warm and welcoming manner made us feel right at home. Even yesterday, when we had to take the difficult step of letting our Abby go, I felt supported by the empathy and the way everyone there was, and it was somehow comforting to have this team around.
