We visited this vet twice. The first visit was good, but the examination seemed slightly inadequate. At the second visit, our dog had to have a claw removed. The vet declined to anesthetize and accused us of poor training when a suffering dog tried to defend itself in pain. Never again.

The most traumatic and aggressive treatment I have ever experienced! My dog ​​suffered permanent damage as a result of the veterinarians' treatment. Instead of stopping and calming him with medication, they dragged him off the table, pushed him to the floor, punched him in the side, and yelled at him. Any dog ​​would react this way if a nail was pulled without anesthesia and then, instead of being calmed, treated aggressively. After consulting with our dog trainer, other veterinarians, and the Brandenburg Veterinary Chamber, I filed an official report against the practice regarding the incident. This should never happen again. Our dog is well-socialized, regularly attends dog training classes, and has never exhibited such aggressive behavior as after the treatment at this practice. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this practice. Ultimately, the bandage was applied far too tightly after the treatment, so we were fortunate enough to be able to easily remove the deeply constricting bandage at another practice and immediately follow up the traumatic experience with a positive and stress-free veterinary visit. My husband has already briefly described our situation here, and the facts are being completely distorted. It's very disappointing that there's absolutely no understanding shown.
