We highly recommend this practice. Appointments are easy to get, and Dr. and Mrs. Winter take their time and provide excellent care for the animals. We are very satisfied and feel well looked after there.

We were ALWAYS satisfied with the vet. However, today there was a woman at reception with long hair on top and short hair on the sides—she was completely unfriendly! Our dog doesn't get along with other dogs, and a dog came out of the examination room. She could have at least given us a heads-up so we could have moved aside. On top of that, we ALWAYS pay by invoice, but suddenly she wouldn't allow it. There's a sign in front of her that says there are additional fees for paying by invoice.

A truly lovely veterinary couple! We take our four cats there and are always very satisfied. You're not rushed through, and every problem is addressed with sensitivity. The ladies at reception are also always very friendly and professional :-)

As a new customer, I quickly got an appointment for my two cats. Everyone at the practice is incredibly friendly and highly competent. My two cats have never been so calm at the vet, and Susi even wanted to cuddle up to Mr. Winter's chest right away! 😻 The thorough examination, consultation, and everything else was very reasonably priced! Mr. Winter explained everything perfectly and didn't try to push any unnecessary treatments on me, unlike my old vet in Mannheim, where it would have cost over €400! 🙈 Absolutely fantastic and 1000% recommended.
