Reviews
The practice in Bad Sülze is a branch office. The main office is in Fransburg. I have rarely met such a competent team of veterinarians. Their expertise shines through with empathy for their four-legged patients. Service is a top priority. House calls are a regular occurrence. You couldn't imagine better care for our beloved pets. Many thanks to the team. We feel well cared for and protected.
Our dog was bitten. We were warmly welcomed and treated wonderfully here. Thank you so much!
Today was the first time I went there with my pet, and it will probably be the last. We arrived and had to wait. Someone was ahead of us and went to the counter without being asked, which we did after the person left. We were reprimanded to sit down first. One of the vets took us in and we were able to go right through. We explained our situation, and they tried to help. I went out and my husband was there for the examination. Our pet wasn't particularly sociable but NOT aggressive. During the clipping, he had had enough and lightly bit the vet's hand, whereupon the trained vet slapped him on the head. Such a thing is unacceptable. My husband told me about it on the way home. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior, and we've taken our other, really aggressive cats to another vet. They were never physical or "handling" him, everything at his own pace. I'd rather drive 40 minutes to my old vet than 5 minutes to this strange practice.
We took our cat there. We always received excellent advice and a great deal of empathy. This was evident when we had to take the final step. They were incredibly accommodating regarding the appointment time. She explained everything perfectly, and in the end, she slipped away almost silently. When I followed her and asked about payment, she told us to take our time, to process everything, and then come back to the practice to pay. You don't often encounter such kindness. Highly recommended.
I'm satisfied with the two veterinarians. We go there because the animals might not be feeling their best or need vaccinations. It's a veterinary practice, not a hotel lobby, which is perhaps why the prices aren't as exorbitant as in city practices where status symbols or "saints" are treated.
