Edit: January 10, 2024 Unfortunately, I have to go there quite often now, and I have many questions about my pet, but I still feel very comfortable and the staff explains everything to me in a very respectful and understanding way. This practice still gets the highest marks for empathy... Old review: Incredibly kind, empathetic, wonderful people – both the veterinarians and the medical assistants... My pet feels very comfortable... The staff treats him with love... You can tell that these people have turned their love for animals into their profession. It's great that there are separate waiting rooms for cats (and their owners) and dogs (and their owners), so the animals aren't stressed. Also very good – a vestibule, so animals don't immediately bolt from the building if an accident happens. There's plenty of parking! Card payment is accepted... There's a recovery room for pets... You can buy special food, deworming medication, and tick prevention products directly there... Highly recommended 🫶🏾 A veterinary practice with heart...
So far, I'm very satisfied; the team is young and competent and clearly enjoys their work. Prices are perfectly reasonable, and the new practice has plenty of space to avoid potentially unpleasant encounters with other patients. Unfortunately, not all dogs (or their owners) are well-socialized :(
