I switched to veterinarian Lars Patschke because I'd heard from so many people how good he is – and now I can confirm it myself! My dog has thyroid problems and had never been there for an examination before. I simply called the practice, and they immediately ordered the necessary medication for my dog, which was then waiting for us. Today I went to pick up the medication, and we received an incredibly warm welcome. The entire team is very friendly and treats the animals with exceptional care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us so quickly and easily, and for your great kindness! Thank you for remaining, above all, a human being despite all your training and studies!

First off: the two stars are only for the low prices. I took my two girls there for spaying. Everything was fine with the older one, and months later the younger one joined the family. The vet jokingly suggested the younger one probably had FIP/FIV and, in a roundabout way, recommended euthanasia. The younger one is healthy, and I was put off. Now, months after the spaying, I've been informed by the new owners that she needs another operation because the stitches weren't done properly during the procedure. This simply shouldn't happen! Furthermore, I'd never met the vet before; in fact, I didn't even know who he was before the spaying. As I said, I met him after the second cat arrived, and he kept putting all three cats together and constantly mixing up who belonged to whom, even though the two male cats shared the same carrier and anyone could have seen which cat belonged where. It's also not okay to talk about such things in front of others, especially since there was a suspicion that she had FIP, which is contagious. They should be kept as separate as possible, not burdened with the responsibility. This is definitely not acting in the animals' best interests.

I was very disappointed with this veterinarian. His demeanor was unkempt and rude; I immediately got the feeling that the animal's well-being wasn't a priority. It seemed to be all about the money. My concerns as a pet owner were barely acknowledged, and they were simply dismissed. The practice itself appeared old and unhygienic. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinarian.
