Caution! My visit to this veterinary practice was a complete disappointment. My cat, Heinrich, was clearly suffering, but I had the impression that he was only given a quick and superficial check-up. A day later, another practice discovered huge internal abscesses – I simply cannot understand how something like that could have been overlooked. But what truly shocked me was the suggestion that I should have Heinrich euthanized due to suspected feline AIDS, without even having him tested. I was seriously told that I could save my money, that their "experience" was sufficient. To me, that was heartless and irresponsible advice. The subsequent test at the other practice was, of course, negative. I left this practice speechless, disappointed, and with the feeling that my pet hadn't received the necessary attention. I will never go to this practice again.
